Home Page keeps changing from demo format

    Working on my website and when I go to “visit site” to see how it works it turns into a blog format everything down the left hand side but I haven’t changed anything. I wanted it to stay like the demo. How do I make just get the home page to stay put!

    Hmm it works for to log into my dashboard so not sure whats happening

    Please whitelist this IP and confirm the permission to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme.

    Yes thats because I changed the demo as the handmade one wasn’t working and you guys couldn’t seem to log in and check it out I will change it back so you can see what it is doing. Please try again. Also I asked for a refund as I wasn’t sure if it was getting solved or not BUT I am happy once it is solved to not have a refund as I really love your theme.

    You have chosen “Elementor Canvas” page template in homepage settings. (Screenshot https://prnt.sc/EzLWYlHI7pZW). Our theme demo content is created using “Default template”, so if you want to set your homepage like in our Handmade demo, you need to switch your template to “Default” (https://prnt.sc/4LfldHw5OF_F).

    Thanks for that, think I have it but now my main menu has disappeared? all the boxes seem to be correct but now the main menu is gone. I selected default main header but that didn’t work

    I don’t see that when I am editing the images just sit flush up against the top. maybe I should clear my cache?

    The following screenshot (https://prnt.sc/9qceXsndO0oo) were done on your shop page (https://stitchdotsmile.com.au/?post_type=product) where your header (with main menu) is visible. Your header (and main menu) is not visible on your homepage because you have chosen different page template in your homepage settings. Try to switch homepage template to “Default template” like was described (with screenshots) in previous reply (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/home-page-keeps-changing-from-demo-format/#post-400362).

    Hi,

    As mentioned in previous answers, you have chosen “Elementor Canvas” page template in homepage settings. (Screenshot https://prnt.sc/EzLWYlHI7pZW) which is removing header, footer and site container. Our theme demo content is created using “Default template”, so if you want to set your homepage like in our demo, you need to switch your template to “Default” (https://prnt.sc/4LfldHw5OF_F).

    To switch your page template to “default template”, you need:

    1. Go to your homepage.
    2. Press edit page (https://prnt.sc/F8PzmbrbBScL).
    3. Navigate to the “Template” menu in the sidebar (https://prnt.sc/q_Sp4Dvn4dK0).
    4. Switch template to the “Default template” (https://prnt.sc/_8nmxoTYeaUq).

    We have already done that for you and now your header (with main menu) is visible (https://prnt.sc/ScLIJTJBIeus).
