    All my photos are set to 750.x 750

    Why the massive difference on the alarm clock?

    Hi,

    This image doesn’t have 750×750 image size. It is not squared. Be sure that you have uploaded squared image for this product or try to use hard crop option.

    I have set the height of the image to 750 as like my other images,. i have then regenerated the image aswell now its not working

    ill try hard crop see how i go with this,

    Does this make it easier to list images?

    As long as i have them near about 750 x 750 they should look ok?

    The most important point in your situation is to use images in the same aspect ratio. For example upload original images 750×750, 1000×1000 or 1200×1200.

    yes ok but some images will not look right if i have to change there ratio to a square.

    I.e on photoshop its hard to change a rectangle image into a square.
