message on single product page

Hi,
i want to set quantity in stock at 3 per product, and I did.
Now I’d like to add a message “for orders of 4+ products, please contact us at xxx@xxx.it”.
Is there a way to add this message somewhere in the single product tab (see screenshot) that shows automatically for all the products (like the share option or the “x people are looking at this product”) or do I have to write it in every product description?
