onebricktechParticipantin Chrome incognito, safari and some other browsers, the header (logo, menu bar, etc) disappears. When I remove unused CSS or clear cache, it reappears. Can you please advise what’s going on ?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

onebricktechParticipantIt seems whenever I clear Unused CSS from WP-rocket, the header re-appears. Is there something conflicting between theme and WP-Rocket’s Unused CSS feature?

onebricktechParticipantThank you for the article. I followed the steps but the slider on homepage has stopped working. Please advise. Also are the settings under Theme Settings > Performance > CSS and JS ok?
is it okay to combine CSS files and include minified CSS along with recommended WP Rocket settings? Same for JS?Thanks

onebricktechParticipantI noticed the slider started working after I disabled Combine JS in WP Rocket.

onebricktechParticipantAlso with the recommended settings, the google pagespeed score has dropped significantly. Any suggestions on how to get that score improved and show Passed for Core Web Vitals ASsessment?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Sorry for the delay
To get more points in the Google page speed, you need to have a light page. For example remove all sliders, and carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and doesn’t have any problems with performance. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your website, but it does not measure the speed of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization. https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/85-google-page-speed-grade-does-not-improve
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
