    I created a new category. But the dropdown menu does not appear.

    Hello,

    Please save the menu as soon as you add a menu item.

    Then set Full-width or Set-size in the menu item to add an HTML block

    you need to insert ‘Page’ to the menu, currently you’re using ‘Categories’ hence there isnt any dropdown settings.

    If you have an empty header, you need to add the menu which you have configured as a mega menu.
