1- To change the Product Columns per row on the Shop page, you need to go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Products archive > Products grid > there you can find Products columns on desktop > in that you can select 4 there. You can also select the Columns there separately for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile all 3 views: https://ibb.co/rmxC6KV

2- To make the Hotspot Image open the content Image on right, you need to edit the Image Hotspot element > then open the Items sub-tab there > in that you will see Content sub-tab > in that you will find Dropdown side > there select Right: https://ibb.co/FKM64T5

To configure the options of the Page Title, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Page Title > there you can check out the options: https://ibb.co/zbWF1LJ

Under the Theme Settings > Page Title > there is a Page Title Size option which you can make use of to adjust the Paddings automatically or if you want to some extra other than the selected options, then you can try using the below Custom CSS code and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

.page-title-default {
   padding: 10em !important;
}

In this CSS, you can change the value of the padding according to your choice.

Further, to control the Font of the Page Title, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced > there Add new Rule > in that select Page Title > and define the Font values there: https://ibb.co/WPtNfdm
