My uploaded GIF image is not displaying properly

I uploaded a GIF in the product, but it doesn’t display properly in the product archive and single product, the theme seems to call the thumbnail automatically.

I am afraid this image format is not supported.
Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

I’ve disabled wordpress’s generate thumbnails feature, but woodmart still calls thumbnails. Some of the GIFs I uploaded work fine, some still show thumbnails. I think this is a serious problem and I can’t find a solution
