If you want to show the Recently Viewed Products in the shop page sidebar then please navigate to Appearance >> Widgets >> Edit the Shop page widget area or filter whatever you are using for the shop >> Add the Recently Viewed Products widget in the sidebar. https://ibb.co/kyXtjfv

If you want to show the Recently Viewed Products on the shop page in the content area then please read and follow the instructions here:

Create the new layout for the shop page from Layouts >> with all required widgets on the shop page then use that layout for the shop archive page. You can read more details here in the theme documentation:
