Hello, I have a problem with the account page
I can’t create a new account while I use the site as a visitor
Second, when you use the site as an admin, all the mentioned list does not work, such as “Control Panel”, “Orders”, “Address” and “Account Details”
The third point when using the site as a visitor does not show the slider than using the site as an admin shows slider

    Hello,

I have found that you are using the old version of the theme. Please update the theme to the latest Woodmart 7.0.3 version and update all the theme plugins as well. I am sure your issue will be solved.

Please read and follow the instructions given in the theme documentation here about the theme update:

    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.

We have checked your Site in this regard and found out that the My Account wasn’t created on your Site. So, we created and selected it as My Account under the Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced. Here is the Page URL: https://xbob.shop/my-account/

Also, the Slider is appearing fine on your Site without Logged In view: https://postimg.cc/7bWwhmZ1

Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

    Best Regards

    I have another question
On the product page, I want to edit and delete all the sections after the product images, how do I do that
Also, when choosing colors, the product image associated with this color does not appear. You must choose the first size
I want, without choosing the size, to show the product image associated with the color I chose

    #416897

    Hello,

We are glad that we could be of some help !

1- The Content below the Product page was added through the Block selected under the Edit Product area > Layout > Extra content block: https://ibb.co/TbXNvS2

So, we have removed that Block selection.

2- Regarding Product Image changing with Variant change, the thing is according to the default functionality of the WooCommerce working in this regard is that it changes the Images according to the Variant options added on a Product. So, if you have added Color and Size variants collectively for a Product then it would work like it is working now.

If you want the other way round then you would need to independently add the Color Variants for the Products then it will work accordingly.

    Best Regards

How can I edit the SHIPPING & DELIVERY section on the product page

    Hello,

The SHIPPING & DELIVERY tab on the Product page is a Custom Additional Tab coming through a HTML Block. So, to edit it you would need to go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs > there under the Additional Tabs > Tab 1 > you will see the Tab defined with HTML Block selected > there you can click on Edit this block with Page Builder > and you would directly redirect to the edit Page of that Block, where you can edit it according to your choice: https://ibb.co/CVtFYR1

    – The e-mail sent to the administration and sent to the customer when purchasing is inconsistent, like the picture sent
I used “Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin” and enabled “ENABLE FLUID WIDTH” but same problem
    What’s the solution
How do I modify the content in the mail sent to the customer?
    – How can I set another category as the default category for the products?

    Hello,

1- Sorry to say but your mentioned concern is related to the third-party Plugin for which you would need to consult the respective Plugin Support, they will guide you better. Further, as you know this specific concern is related to WooCommerce, so it would be better if you further contact them in this regard because the Email notifications for the Orders (sent or received) are handled through WooCommerce.

2- Sorry to say but by default WooCommerce allows only one Category to be selected as Default Category. Although you can also switch the Default Category among your Site Categories using the row actions underneath the category name, then the Default Category can be deleted as it is no longer the default.

    Best Regards.

When using the store as a user, when adding a product from the home page and going to the basket, it comes that the page does not exist

    Hello,

We have confirmed from the Test Site regarding the mentioned concern, created the User with Customer role > then added Product to Cart > and then viewed the Single Product page it was working fine. Here is the Test Site URL: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/

This clears the fact that it is not a Theme-end issue.

We have then created a Customer Account on your Site and then checked back the mentioned concern, the Product Page was opening fine. Please refer to the following Video: https://www.veed.io/view/b5627442-7e0c-48a1-9184-d652ea6ecca5

    Thank you for your cooperation
I know when a client creates an account, things are fine
The problem is when browsing without registering and adding a product to the cart. When you open the cart, the page does not exist
What I want to do without the user creating an account, he can put a product in the basket and see the contents of the basket and when buying, access to the checkout page, ask him to create an account

    #418052

    Hello,

We have now checked your Site as a Guest too (i.e. without creating any Account) > added Product to Cart > and then clicked on Product > it was opening fine by then too: https://www.veed.io/view/f0b79e0e-2586-4553-8d23-3e82c600e933

Further, if you want the Customer to won’t Checkout without Account creation then you can go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Guest Checkout > there uncheck the option: Allow customers to place orders without an account > in this way the Guest viewer can’t Checkout without Account creation: https://ibb.co/YDKB5Wf

    Best Regards

    Dear
In the screenshot sent, press the button marked with the arrow after selecting the product without logging into the site (not clicking the product)
A page that does not exist will appear
You can also refer to the video I sent above and follow the steps, you will find the same problem

    Hello,

Sorry to say but actually your Cart page was set as Private on your Site which is why it wasn’t accessible through the Guest Account. So, we have removed the Private selected option for that Page and now it appears fine with a Guest view too.

Thank you, there is another point in the list of sections on the desktop, there is a submenu
But in mobile the sub-menu is not friendly, how do I show it?

    #418911

    Hello,

Actually, the Menu Design that you have on your Desktop is the HTML Block one and under the Mobile view that HTML Block doesn’t work for Mobile Menu.

So, you will need to create a separate Menu for Mobile view in that you will need to use simple Subcategory item Menu layout (i.e. Parent Item > Sub-Item > Sub-Item and so on).

Further, you can read about the Menu under the Theme by following this Article:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/adding-menu-to-the-site/
