Extremely slow site – weekend nightmare

Our website extremely slow, it was hosted in 10web.io , they told us or main theme is the problem, woodmart core,
i was skeptic about their comment , now we moved to another vps , -4 Core Xeon, 8GB –
now it is slower without any trafic.
What can we do.. i am desperate and loking for solution. Can you check it ?
Our store has around 6500 products by the way

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. woodmart_category_thumb_double_size() function is the slowest one. What can i do to improve it.

Please, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily.
Try to edit all dropdowns HTML blocks with categories and change the Image size to woocommerce_thumbnail
