    Hi there,
    I purchased and installed WP Rocket. I also have hosting on Cloudways AWS. I followed the instructions to optimise the site but it went from bad to worse 28 for mobile to 24 for mobile.
    Surely the theme can’t be this bad?
    I’ve updated to all the latest versions and checked everything.

    In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket.     It seems you haven’t read my post at all.

    I purchased WP Rocket and Imagify. I have gone through the tutorials carefully and still have not had good results at all! Especially on mobile. Please take time to read my original post first.

    If you still have bad results then there is something that affects your website. It might be large images, plugins, scripts, custom code, etc. Also, maybe you did something wrong in your optimization settings.

    Website optimization is a complex process and your website loading time depends on a lot of factors and the theme only. Despite the fact that it is not related to our theme, we wrote an extensive tutorial as an example of how to optimize the WordPress website. So you need to check all the aspects of your website first and optimize them step by step.
    We checked your URL and see that you have some plugins installed that load a lot of CSS and JS code. Moreover, cache plugin is still not effectively configured. If you have difficulties with WP Rocket plugin you can refer to its documentation and contact plugin’s support for help.
    If you see that something is slowing your website down that is related to our theme, send us more information and we will fix this in our theme. But as for now, it just lacks optimization so it is not something related to our theme.
