andrzejParticipantHi
The problem is as follows.I bought a template, Woodmart. After installing it, my site is not so fast as the demo site.
So I started looking for the reason. I checked the servers, installed it on 4 different ( with and without cache, REDIS any many others) , checked WP Rocket and the settings according to the description of the demo document. The site is light, has in a GT Metrix below 1Mb, status 2 x B, sometimes A and B. So it seems all is ok.
However, the page is not tear off, from the moment you press it into the product, it takes a while before the page opens. It’s going well, but it’s not what I expect.
And now the most important thing. When I enter the WP panel and press load cache in the WP ROCKET tab, then log out (not to overload) the website is faster. I think the cache from WP ROCKET is working. But some time passes and it’s bad again.
And now I give you an example of a page that is also on the same template, also has WP ROCKET, but it is always very, very fast, as if it was on the hard drive. https://toptankahveler.com/
Look, how fast open the product page… , why is so fast ?Maybe it is the fault of the WP ROCKET setting in my site, or maybe the server’s fault. I don’t have the strength for this anymore. I check many settings.
Perhaps there is also a cloud flare service, but in my opinion it is needed? My website is intended only for users from my country.
I want to add that in my case JS or CSS minification in WP ROCKET sometimes worsens the speed, so I have it turned off. I’ve tried dozens of different settings and the page always slows down after a while, as if the cache stopped working …
I optimized what I could. Photos are light, all in WebP, and still not the same speed as in the demo and on the above-mentioned page. What kind of server do you have, maybe I need a very strong machine?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
You need to check your server response time first without the cache plugin. We have described this process in detail in our tutorial here https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/

andrzejParticipantI think my serwer is very very fast, look https://www.webpagetest.org/result/221028_BiDcY5_KVT/
But this result is when I do it after loading the cache in the WP Rocket tab.
The next result, after e.g. 20 minutes, is not like that anymore, is not bad, but not the same.
Any other advice?

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, it is really fast and we don’t see much difference with your example. So what exactly is the problem now?

andrzejParticipantI wrote everything in the first message.
For some reason your demo and example woodmart page like this https://toptankahveler.com/ runs much faster than my test woodmart https://woodmart.jdmsite.com/ . Every product page run very fast, much faster than on my site.
This is not the fault of the server, rather something is happening to the cache.
When I go to the panel and load the cache manually and then log out and run my website, it goes very fast.
But only a little while, then it slows down and walks like it doesn’t have caching.I don’t know what it is, now see again my site, now is not fast

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to consult with WP Rocket support. It looks like the product page is not always loaded from the cache like in the example and on our demo. That is why it looks slower.
