Hi, I have been facing a problem for more than a week now with the Order by feature, I am using a default WooCommerce products through Elementor which your theme should support as you advertised on the forest theme, the sorting by is not working and when I activated the default theme (storefront) everything is working fine.
Is it possible to solve this problem, please?
I have been in contact with the support department in the last three days with Aizaz Imtiaz Awan and I am not happy at all with the quality of services I have received from him. Instead of solving the problem, he went to my client’s website to check and he just removed the whole edits and adjustment I did and left the shop page in a miserable situation and back with a conclusion that the problem is related to Elementor and not with your theme, to be honest, I think he couldn’t understand the problem that is the theme is not compatible with the Elementor not as he said the problem is caused by Elementor.
