i have got a problem with the speed of my site.
I am running the WPRocket on my site.
The desktop speed is very good. (PagespeedInsight Score = 91)
My mobile speed is very low. (Pagespeedinisght Score = 65)
In the attachments are some screenshots from the suggestions what is the problem. Can you maybe take a look at it ? What is the problem.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. We have already installed WP Rocket. Nearly all of our pictures are WebP optimized. I already tried to switch off all the plugins but the speed was the same.
In the attachments there are two screenshots. How can I optimize those buttons? Or this euro sign?

Largest Contentful Paint: 10,8 s (1st Screenshot) in the second screenshot it shows that it is the menu button.
This are Woodmart Icons and buttons.
It is not about the WP Rocket only. Your website speed depends on a lot of different factors that need to be optimized.
As for the screenshot, it displays the currency symbol that comes with the WooCommerce plugin by default. Our theme doesn’t influence it.

I have got another question. I just have run another Pagespeed Insight check and now the Score was nearly perfect.
It seems like if sometimes it is perfect and sometimes it is bad.
Maybe you have got an idea what could be the problem?
