Frequently bought together feature and currency conversion plugins compatibility

We had a topic resolved here however we have noticed another issue but can’t add to the already closed topic.

The subtotals are correct for the frequently bought together module but the totals in the checkout and cart are not showing the discounted price. Please check the attached images.
The total is about 4 euro more than the price should be at checkout compared to the cart and module totals.
note also that our woocommerce store includes taxes already in the prices.

To explain further. Please add the price of each product in the checkout and compare to the final total price. You can see it is more than it should be.
