I have using your theme in my website and I have done lots of work on that website before two three days its showing me some bugs e.g. Ajax cart on single product page is not working the site speed is also very slow that why I have check my website status that shows some of theme file are outdated as compare to Woocommerce I will attach the screenshot also. I have no purchase key to update the theme so I planed to purchase new the now yesterday I purchased new Woodmart theme now I want to pull all the elements and functionality of my previous site to my new theme please help me give me a solution to do this without loosing my data.

I have tried it automatic update but it’s not working my old theme is also activated but I don’t know why it’s not updating automatically.

govaping.storeParticipantAnd you have mentioned this way in case of errors by the issue is I don’t have the purchase key of my old theme but I have the purchase of my new theme which I purchased yesterday.
To fix this problem and update the theme, you need to perform the following actions:
Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on the “Check Again” button.
Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.November 24, 2022 at 11:40 am #423397

I have some issues with my old theme that’s why I’m moving to the latest theme can you check the issues for me and why things are happening?
1- Ajax add to cart is not working on a single product page?
2- Ajax add to cart is on categories meaning product archives but very slow.
3- No one can see my latest changes people can only see the latest changes when they refresh the page 2 to 3 times and on every change I need to clear my cache why?
4. Site speed is very slow on reload first all sections are seen disturbed then they move to the original state means fine I have put preload to not show disturbed sections to visitors.And tell me that all these issues resolve after updating my theme?

Firstly, we are Sorry to to hear that you had to go through all this inconvenience.
But right now on your Site you have a much older version of the Theme, the current version of the Theme and Core running 7.0.4 and 1.0.35 respectively.
So, we would suggest you to kindly first take complete Backup of your current Site and then try updating the WoodMart theme and WoodMart Core plugin on your Site and then check back all the mentioned issues again. Hopefully, they will get resolved by then.
Because right now under the Updated WoodMart Theme and Core plugin on our Test Site, all things seem to be working fine.

You have shared a guide with me as I can’t update it automatically I need to update it manually so when I update it manually it will remove all the pages and blocks of the previous theme it overrides the new one with the previous on so give me any idea I don’t want to remove my previous things.

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. As for the add to cart option, please, disable all external plugins on your staging website and send us your FTP access so we can test what is wrong there.

We found the reason for the add-to-cart problem. It is caused by this plugin https://gyazo.com/ec39f7cdcef1758af850aede7a2da7a1
It seems to be installed by your hosting provider and creates some kind of custom redirect after adding a product to the cart. By doing this, it breaks the AJAX request. Please, contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.Kind Regards

This cache seems to be from your hosting server not from the theme.

Yes, it is only with our AJAX add to cart option. We already described the mechanism that causes this issue.

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, the only solution will be to disable AJAX add to cart on the single product page. We can’t create a custom code that will disable the redirect caused by that plugin.
