Search bar not loading correctly issue – icon – button

Hi

I have an issue where the search bar in header keeps not loading correctly and I can’t figure out why. Instead of the search bar loading and showing with the magnifying glass icon, it loads a search bar with what appears to be a fallback search button that loads underneath the search bar, pushing the bar itself up and out of its header container.

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.
