Categories on header builder doesn’t work on imported website

Greetings, I imported megamarket but it seems that when I try to edit the header builder and add “Categories” menu it doesn’t work.
Is it because of the imported website?

You have added one and the same element several times in one header. Are you sure you want to show one and the same menu 5 times in the header?
If you want to show 5 different menus in the Header, you would better take the Secondary menu element.

no I don’t actually want to show the same element 5 times, I added it 5 times just to show you that it doesn’t work.
So the question here is why it doesn’t show even though I added the same element 5 times?

So that’s the reason? There is a limit to the use of “categories” to max 1?
Also, this is actually a “menu” element not a “categories” element.

You can add one Product category and show the category menu. You can add a search and configure showing the product categories in the search. In addition, you can add a secondary menu and select the product categories.
