    Hi

    1) We try to make a brands page like this demo: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/brands-element/ We add the brands tool (pic1) but no brands displayed in our test page:

    2) We try to edit the single product page like this demo: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/furniture/fiber-base-chair/?opt=product_center How can we have by default the brand logo above the title? (pic2) https://woodmart.4him4her.gr/product/williams-aqua-velva-after-shave-200ml/

    Hello,

    1- Could you please once make sure that you have created the Brands on your Site under the Dashboard > Products > Attributes and have tagged Products in it: https://snipboard.io/AxISjK.jpg

    If yes and they are still not showing then please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    2- For the Brand positioning under the Theme Settings > Shop > Brands > there are only two positions available to choose for it > either on the right side of the Product Title or under the Product Sidebar.

    So, if you want to put it like you mentioned with the Demo, then you would need to create a Custom Single Product Layout using the Theme’s Layout Builder under the Dashboard > Layouts. In that Custom Layout, you can put the content to your choice of position. Here is the Guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/

    We created some Brands in our Site under the Dashboard > Products > Attributes and tagged Products in it (pic1) (pic2) but still not showing in brands page https://woodmart.4him4her.gr/brands/ so we created a user in order to get your support.

    Hello,

    Firstly, sorry to say but your WoodMart Theme isn’t updated to the latest version. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and you currently have 7.0.3. So, kindly update your Theme following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    Secondly, we are seeing multiple third party Plugins activated on your Site. So, could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

    If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Hello,

    1) when we have a product with quantity 1 in our shop doesn’t show the quantity selector (pic1) how we can add it?
    2) when we edit a product the short description is closed (pic2) is there an option by default to show it open?

    Hello,

    1- We have checked and confirmed from the Test Site, by default for a Single Quantity Product. The Quantity input doesn’t show. It is the default working for this sort of Product under the Theme.

    2- Regarding the Short Description being collapsed by default, it was done from the WooCommerce end by default in one of their recent Plugin updates. It isn’t influenced by the Theme.
