1. The sidebar on the Shop page, you can configure via Appearance -> Widgets -> Shop page Widget area.

To make it similar to our sidebar, you can define the same elements there as in the above screenshot.

2. The products per row and product per page you can set via Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Layout -> define values that fit you in the “Products per row variations” and “Products per page variations” fields.
