ToriTori38ParticipantHello,
I use the “Remove unused CSS” feature with WP Rocket, but it causes display issues with the WD popup. Can you please give me the css classes for your popup module etc which I can add to WP Rocket settings to exclude them from this caching feature. I hope then the popup will display with no issues. Problem seems to more be on mobile.
Thanks

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Regarding your mentioned concern, please try going through the WP Rocket guide of excluding Pages, it might help you out with this:
https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/54-exclude-pages-from-the-cacheAlso, please read the following Theme Guide too in this regard:
https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/#Step_4Also, please make sure that on your Site under the Dashboard > WoodMart > Patcher > Patch number #420877 is already applied too.
Hope this helps !
Best Regards

ToriTori38ParticipantHello,
Thank you for your efforts but your answer actually did not help. As I explained, the problem is with WP Rockets “Optimise CSS Delivery > Remove unused CSS”. This feature is actually very good for decreasing our page load times as there are many css files with your theme.
HOWEVER, the WP Rocket feature causes an issue with the Woodmart popup on mobile devices. The popup does not diaplay properly. As previously asked, can you give me the css classes for the Woodmart popup so I can exclude them from this WP Rocket setting.
Thank you

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Yes, we understand but we can’t provide you with a list of classes in this case. There might be tens and hundreds of classes there. Also, it highly depends on the content you added there so we can do this for you, unfortunately.
Kind Regards

ToriTori38ParticipantOK understand, but you should check this your end. Your popup does not work on mobile devices when the WP Rocket setting I told you about is enabled. Can you please fix this in a future update.

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, it doesn’t work because its CSS is missing. This is not something that we can fix in our theme. You need to consult with WP Rocket for help on this matter.
Kind Regards

ToriTori38ParticipantYes understand, but I think it is only the container CSS (maybe a global css setting for this popup). Anyhow will consult with them. Cheers

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please, send us a link where we can see the problem so we can give you the container CSS class.
Kind Regards

ToriTori38ParticipantHi Artem. I will first setup a staging site for you in order to test this, but I believe you should be able to replicate on your own setup on mobile (but possibly quicker if you test on our staging). Thanks
