Is it possible to add different content for a specific product in the After Add to Cart section?

Sorry to say but right now is available to use in general for the Products. There isn’t a specific option available in this regard.
Although, you can create Custom layouts for the Products using the Theme’s Layout Builder, here is the guide (if required): https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
