Menu dropdowns not working

    Hello,
    when I login to my website menu dropdowns are not working for admins. Non-logged in users see dropdowns normally but admins cannot.
    This is live site so please do not disable any plugins

    Sorry to say but as far as we have visited your Site with Logged In > and checked the dropdown for the Menus > it is working fine. Please see the following Image for reference: https://snipboard.io/6mR94q.jpg

    It might be a cache issue on your end. Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

    It is very strange for me. What browser do you use? I checked using Chrome and Edge and have this issue. All other users, even ones with no cache logging from different routers have same issue with menu.
    Maybe you could check via chrome or edge browser?

    The earlier screenshot that we sent you was already with Chrome. We have checked on Chrome again and it is still appearing fine: https://snipboard.io/jT0HKz.jpg

    After you mentioned, we checked with the Edge browser too. It is also working fine there: https://snipboard.io/7uQ2RF.jpg

    So, it still seems to be working fine as we have checked it again on both.

    Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

    Hello,
    cleared menu cache and browser cache. It did not help. This function worked only when I disabled WP Rocket, which is compatible according to theme description.
    I set up WP Rocket according to your provided guide: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/#Step_4.

    Can you specify or add some specific rules to WP Rocket to improve compatibility? Because now it obviously works bad and does not show dropdowns.

    Do not disable other plugins since it is live site.

    You would better ask the WP Rocket plugin developers/support in this regard, they can guide you better with this or check out their Documentation guide: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/

    Further, you can check out the Performance related options of the Theme in this regard if you want under the Theme Settings > Performance: https://xtemos.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/performance-css-wd-7.jpg
