atdsroParticipantHi,
We have a problem on the website above. More precisely, on the product archive pages, the sorting of products according to popularity, price and others does not appear – the sort by part.
I mention that the problem is with the theme. When activating a standard theme, the filtering method appears.
Thanks

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to say but your provided WP-ADMIN Login details aren’t working. Can you please share valid WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site so that we can proceed further and check the issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
Further, as we have checked your Site’s Archive page. The mentioned Filter is working fine:

atdsroParticipantHi,
It’s not about that filter. It’s about the standard sort by filter, i attached a screenshot. You can see the category archive page: https://emiralmedia.ro/site/horecatex/categorie/lenjerii-de-pat/
The account in our site is working now.
Thanks

atdsroParticipantIt seems like you are not reading my messages. That filter IS NOT the standard/default “Sort by” Woocommerce filter. I asked you to check the category archive pages, not the shop page. On the shop page i put a special widget from your theme to filter, but is not the good one.
I attach here, marked with a red square, how this woocommerce standard filter should look, but i think you should know better than me.
So, to say again: i see the default “Sort by” filter in archive template editor, when i edit the archive with elementor, but when i go to the live page, the filter is not there.
Thank you

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the earlier misunderstandings.
So, we have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site.
Firstly, a third-party Plugin on your Site named “Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce” was causing the conflict, so we deactivated that on your Site.
Further, you had a specific Template made for the Category pages under the Elementor Template Library which is why certain things were appearing on the Category pages and others weren’t.
So, we removed the Condition from those templates and then checked back the mentioned Category pages, the Sort options were appearing fine by then: https://snipboard.io/cRk39T.jpg
So, these were the things which were causing the issue in this regard.
Further, if you want to create Custom Layouts for Archive pages then you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder if you want. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Hope this helps !
Best Regards.
