    As we can see, there are some JS files are missing on your website https://gyazo.com/ba02713a09a797b415cba5713c6e022c
    Please, check if they exist on your server or try to reinstall the theme to make sure that all files are properly uploaded.

    In this case, you need to reinstall the theme. Or contact your hosting provider for help.

    We are not able to fix this problem because our theme files are missing on your website.

    But these 2 files is not available in the theme file. Even I’ve downloaded again.

    Actually, these files shouldn’t be loaded at all. Could you please temporarily disable all plugins which are not related to our theme and send us your FTP access?

    Hello,

    Yes, you are right. Actually, there are no such files in our theme and they shouldn’t be loaded at all. It looks like you have some custom code that loads these files.

    We need your FTP access and not your hosting panel. Please, provide us with the FTP so we can check the code and see where are these files coming from.

    We disabled external plugins and now it seems to be working correctly. Please, test it from your end.
