Homepage Above Footer 4 Icon Not Showing
-
Dear Xtemos,
On the homepage above the footer, your Retail Template has a 4 column Icon display for secure payments, fast delivery, returns and customer display.
The icons did not appear on our site, so I changed them from .svg to .webp.
They then appeared on Google Chrome, Edge but NOT on mobile – safari.
I followed a topic in this forum, to activate the slider inherit theme font in the Theme Settings, still did not work.
I’ve added pictures to show you how it looks in mobile and the settings in Elementor and Theme Header.
Can you please help?
Kindest Regards

Hello,
Images in webp work incorrectly with lazy loading in Safari and it is impossible to correct. You can test on the default theme and see the same.
Please get in touch with the host support and request to enable allow_url_fopen
on the server to show the images. https://monosnap.com/file/eMyRpCrqFeulxaAYAW96qpTwjiQtb7
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Many thanks Elise,
I will try to do that 🙂 I realy appreciate your help!
If I cannot get the host to help out, what will another option be, can one use another file format like .png?

Hello,
Sorry for the confusion. allow_url_fopen
allows showing the SVG images.
You need to convert the images from webp to SVG and then images would be shown.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
