    I want to activate a direct form with the COD option to make it easier for the user or to make the information form very easy with full name telephone address

    Hi,

    Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that because it is WooCommerce functionality.
    You will need to contact WooCommerce Support in this regard. They will guide you better.
