Go to Products -> edit existing products or add new products. In the product data section you cans set the sale countdown:

Theme Settings -> Single product -> Show / hide elements -> Countdown timer.heme Settings -> Single product -> Show / hide elements -> Countdown timer.
There is no option to set the title over the countdown. But you can create custom layout to achieve this:
