    Hello!

    The products in the listing and on the product page, the image thumbnails appear correctly with the quick shop disabled.
    If I activate the quick shop and leave the option -> “On variation click
    ” keeps working the image thumbnails, to choose the color:

    When you enable quick shop for variable product and select the type on “Select Options” click it is showing in this form:

    Hello,

    WoodMart theme suggests the option to present the attributes as swathes. Swatches are available in text, color or image format. Swatches can be configured for global attributes only.

    Choose image swatch from Products -> Attributes -> edit attributes -> choose image swatch.

    Hello!

    But that doesn’t make any sense….

    I imagined that if I select in the quick shop type:
    – *On select options* -> I can see the real photos of the variations, choose the color and size and buy.

    – in the option *on variation click* -> It would be the SAME THING ABOVE, only then, there would be no need to open the options again above the photo, with buttons, it would be easier, direct and beautiful.

    Now if you tell me that the *on variation click* method ONLY WORKS with global image, then this function won’t do anything, because what matters is the REAL image of the product, and not just a colored “ball” there… .

    does it make sense what I said?

    Wouldn’t it be just replicating the function to also show the image below, also being able to choose the size?

    This is our shop demo. You click the attribute and appropriate image appears.

    In order to achieve that you need to add image to every variation in the product settings. Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/variable-products-and-swatches/

    You can see in the manual, that you can add one attribute in the grid. Our demo shows color. Your shop page shows the size.

    As soon as you add the image to every variation, you will be able to select the variation, and add it to the cart and the buyer would see what he adds.

    Your site admin access not valid now, if you have any difficulties, please provide the site admin access, we will check the current settings and suggest the option to achieve the aim.

    About the colors, I also found a big defect, because if I put a COLOR in the attribute, the image simply stops working, or I tested it, and all the image thumbnails don’t work if I put a color.

    So for the variation thumbnail images to work I can’t put any color in them.

    There should be a button to activate either the color or thumbnail of the variation, but it doesn’t…

    Maybe you don’t understand what I mean… what I can do is record a video, but I only speak Brazilian Portuguese.

    HOWEVER, if I use the quick shop option as in the option *in the click variation*, in this one, the image thumbnail OF THE VARIATION never worked, it only works for the attribute, which was what I said above…. there were dozens of products, with different images, and I want her THUMBNAIL the same as the photo, not a “generic” thumbnail for different products. The color variation, I don’t want a color but a thumbnail of the variation image.

    The client is still messing with all the records.

    But in the access I gave you above, just test it….just change the option to – in the option *on variation click*, put a photo in the variation, and it will appear on the product page, but it does NOT appear in the listing , only the text appears.

    You can test without problems.

    We recommend you keep this code even after the update.

    About changing the image on the first click, that would be great, because people will click on the color and already want to see it… I don’t see why there is the need to also choose the size.

    After she chooses the color/model, she will choose the size and buy.

    I already used a plugin a while ago that it was possible to choose this. If you could switch on the first click, and I would say which attribute was responsible for doing that.

    The only site I left active, despite working, was extremely slow, crashing the home, very strange.

    It was just deactivating the code, it was super fast and normal.

    and the carousels also have a problem, crashing.

    Buddy, there’s some bullshit going on with this code….

    I disabled all plugins, and was testing logged in as admin…
    All disabled, seemed to be better (obviously almost zero plugins)

    Then I decided to release the site from maintenance mode and test it in a visitor tab.

    I was activating 1 or 2 plugins, and testing, I did it for almost 1 hour.

    On the visitor page, I didn’t even notice problems…
    But when I went back to the page logged in with admin, I noticed the problem…but if the problem happens only when logged in as admin, it wouldn’t be a big problem right?

    It is important for the customer to be able to use…

    But now, trying to edit the home, through the element, I already received an Out of memory screen 2 times, and I had never received this.

    So I think that this code may be generating something wrong and consuming extra resources on the site.

    I couldn’t identify if it could be some conflict… because in the logs of the site, it doesn’t show anything.
