impossible to modify the theme’s settings

yesterday i have cleaned the browsers cache to be able to open my website correctly with woodmart theme that i’ve bought
but today i found out that when i access to the theme settings , i can not modify or click on anything the change parameters
would you please give me a solution to resolve this issus
i should notice that i’m working on “local”

Please read and follow the instructions on the theme installation here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/
Pay attention to the plugins related to the theme. Make sure you have installed and activated all of them. Navigate to Woodmart> Install plugins.
If the Theme settings do not appear, please provide your site admin access to the private area.
