Grid swatch attribute to display over languages
-
Hi XTemos support,
I have a problem with product attribute appearance. For this category I have variable product with color variation https://pmf-system.ch/categorie-produit/table-unik/
I followed instruction explained in this support page https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/variable-products-and-swatches/
It works well in the main language, in our case French, but not over other languages. In translated languages I see texts instead of colored circles (images attached). Option worked well since last theme update.
I already tried:
– Deactivate WP-Rocket
– Checked attributes are translated and attribute color swatch correctly set
– Attribute “Text swatch” switched off
Could you help me please?

Hello,
In the settings of the WMPL, you had the “Don’t translate” value for the “Terms”: https://monosnap.com/file/G1Cz8z0uWF5aRP0n7CkyyrZus7xwTd
So now it works well, please check it on your side: https://take.ms/Qm4ky

thanks a lot 🙂 Works well on desktop but not on mobile.
if you use mobile mode within google chrome on desktop, it works. But if you open the page on an android mobile, it doesn’t work (image attached)

Hello,
Try to clear the mobile cache or disable the cache plugin at all, then recheck the issue on the mobile device.
In the meantime, feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
Kind Regards
