Can’t import theme cause AJAX import error.

    hello i facing issue while importing my theme, “Mega Electronics” from Woodmart
    and the error came up

    “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.”

    how to fix it?
    can i have some support?

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please, send us your WordPress dashboard URL. The one you provided in the private content field seems to be wrong and leads to 404 error page.

    No, we still can’t access your dashboard and are redirected to 404 error page.

    oh sorry this has been resolved, just because our website is not https so it can’t be done now it can, thank you
