Header and Menu not showing on certain categories ?

    It appears that my header banner and menu are not showing on certain product categories can anyone assist, some work other categories dont show the header and menu at all?

    It happens on safari for myself, but others are using chrome and reporting the issue.

    Hello,

    Make sure that you have disabled the “Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)” option in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Other.

    I have disabled this , it makes not difference.

    I use cloudways, so I removed Breeze and the issue disappeared, so I thought this was the issue. I have now just bought WPRocket and it appeared to resolve it, but the issue has re-appeared again.

    It looks like its something to do with woodmart theme and the header itself.

    Upto now I was using Breeze, the issue was present in Breeze, I uninstalled an no issue. I then purchased WPRocket to try and remove the issue, the issue was still present. I can try adjusting settings again, but this was never an issue before, not sure how its just appeared.

    It does it intermittently on certain categories or products… I’ve just tested and found another.

    I have used Breeze with issues and WPRocket with you stated settings and all have the same issue with the heading disappearing on certain products or categories, seems to work better in chrome than safari sometimes…

    It’s got to be header related , link attached

    I logged in as an Administrator and it seemed to work ok, but not as a guest/customer ?

    Hello,

    So it’s a cache. In general, such an issue appears when you have the “Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)” option enabled. If you have disabled it, just clear all your cache and it should resolve your issue.

    Also, make sure that this option is disabled because such happens only with the enabled “Mobile DOM optimization” option.
