Thumbnails in Single product Page

    Hi Guys,

    After I applied the patches from the Theme settings, The Thumbnails on the single prdouct pages are displayed as full images and in a column under the main product images.
    What am I missing?

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
    Most likely, the product page was created by Woocommerce builder of WoodMart allowing to create custom templates for product pages and other functional pages that are not editable by default. Woocommerce builder is the inbuilt functionality widget included in the builder you use on the site.

    Hi Elise,

    Thank you for your help, unfortunately reading the manual and applying the Woocommerce builder suggestion didn’t solve the problem.

    The product page was not create with the Woocommerce builder as you suggested.
    We still have the website with the thumbnails that doesn’t show correctly, also when we try to change the settings.

    How we can fix it?
    Let me know If more informations are needed.

    You are unable to access lonora.it

    Please disable the blocking on the site.

    Hi Elise,

    From which country are you trying to log in? We have some CDN filters in place that may affect your access. If you prefer, I can whitelist your IP address to bypass the filters. Please let me know your preference.
