Please check the Theme Settings > Footer, if you see Widgets there, you can edit the Footer content in the Appearance > Widgets > Footer Column 1, 2, and so on.
there are no widgets in the footer area and I also used an HTML block correctly.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
It looks like Elementor PRO doesn’t load its CSS files correctly when you add their element to HTML blocks. You need to contact plugin developers for help on this matter.
