Main menu missing after using wp-rocket plugin or another cache plugin

Hi,
I have issue not matter what I did I can’t resolve this.
The main menu is gone after using cache plugin ( wp-rocket) or any other cache plugin.
I did notice you had this issue before with another ticket back in 2022

This issue is going on ( on Desktop) for a long time, I tried many things.
Please help
