Our theme is very very slow getting stuck

Our theme is getting stuck when people try to move from one category to another the whole website is getting stuck. especially when someone adds a product to a cart- the cart widget is not automatically popping from the side. The website is hardly working we are losing 90% of our customers because of that. Kindly fix those bugs.

Yes,
You already have full permission to do anything that improves the website.
The 2 main things we got a complaint on is that when people click on a category on mobile and the page is not changing or if it does it will take up to 20 seconds after clicking 5 or 6 times on the category. Very very slow lagging.
We got other complaints from Google Search Console on mobile usability. The screenshot is attached.
