Good morning, we have a big problem with this website, and it takes a long time to load the cms, to make a change you have to wait a long time, is there any way to optimize the cms? thank you so much
Hello,
In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. You can find our guide about how to optimize your website built with our themes here https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/

Yes, it’s the images then, because I realized among so many things that I did, that the client is uploading 1mg images and I already told him not to do that, I recommended a maximum weight of 100kb and a product size of 600x600px, it would be necessary change all images little by little. Because I have removed the unnecessary plugins and it is still very slow.
Thank you

the images also affect the content management in the cms?

Sorry, but your question is not quite clear. What do you mean?

CCParticipant
The problem is that the tasks of inserting products, editing, are very slow.
Hello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
