How to edit this banner photo?

On the accounts pages, where do I edit this top banner image? I attached photos below, the image I am talking about is the one that is the background to the “My account” text.
Also, how do I edit the same type of images for the cart checkout? I attached another image. It is the background that for shopping cart- checkout – order complete.
