    I changed the some buttons name, but doesn’t worked.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    I can’t turn off other plugins. The site is live and for sale now. We are actively using all the add-ons that I will turn off. We have to solve it without doing this.

    If you wish, I can run the most recent backup in a subdomain. There we can find the problem and make the change in live. Is it suitable for you?

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
