    I know it is elementary, but I can not find where to deactivate the initial popup of the template. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

    Hi team,
    Thanks for your quick response.

    I tried several times, and it doesn´t deactivate the pop-up. Can you have a look, please? Let me give you the access:

    Another point is that the website is performing soooo low. It takes too much time for any single process into the dashboard and for UX. Can you have a look if you detect any incidents, please?

    You can activate the coupon in Woocoommerce > Settings > Products.

    Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, the Coupon option is not there. I don’t know if you are using another version of Woocommerce. I still can not find it. Do you know another option? I sent you the access credentials in my last post.
