WPBakery doesn’t update

    After clicking update in Woodmart plugins on update WPBakery it looks like it’s updating but nothing happens the version stays the same.

    How to fix that?

    Version of WPBakery is 6.11.0

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    I’m attaching admin credentials, also while you will check this take a look as the site started to work very very slow since few days and nothing was changes (specially the product archive)

    The theme before woodmart was Kalium

    Please, keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off.

    I’ve unisntalled the plugin, and installed it via Woodmart Plugin section, we will see if that will work.
