Can I modify the products I want to show to customers? Where should I go to translate into Italian I tried now, but I can’t remember anymore?

Yes Go to Pages > edit front page with page builder > In the edit page you see an ajax product tab. In the Ajax product tab you can modify the products.
If you want to translate it use the loco translate plugin.
