razvanliParticipantI have setup my mobile menu, which is also defined in the Menus for mobiles, but if I don’t select also the categories in the headers builder to be shown, the menu is also hidden.
I need some help with this.
I want the menu to be there, without any categories.Thanks in advance

Please switch to the mobile view of the Header builder and configure the mobile menu: you can enable or disable the Product category menu, change the title of the menu, and you can set the mobile menu separately in Appearance > Menu: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/header-responsive-settings/ and https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/adding-menu-to-the-site/

Maybe I should give you more details, because that is exactly what is not working.
ok, so in this moment in the mobile version, if I click on the Menu I get both Menu and Categories.In the Header Builder (Mobile Menu), if I go and disable the Category, I lose both menu and Category.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I see you connected on the website. Do you suspect something? Is there a plugin that you think is impacting or you saw in the past impacting something like this?What should I do if the problem will not pass even after I will deactivate all the plugins?

You have 51 active plugins most likely, and some of them can conflict WoodMart theme.
Please deactivate all except those I mentioned and check how it works.

razvanliParticipantI hope this is the last time you are asking me to do this things which in 2 of 3 tickets raised here, is useless.
All plugins requested were deactivated, including slider revo and the issue still persists. Actually is the same for both tickets.
So please let’s try to solve this in a professional matter.

I can confirm the issue was solved. But I have an issue with the website from the last plugin disabled and reenable so I need to restore the backup.

So I needed to disable the “Swap Menu” and after to disable the Category as well.
