Mobile Menu nor working without category

Maybe I should give you more details, because that is exactly what is not working.
ok, so in this moment in the mobile version, if I click on the Menu I get both Menu and Categories.

In the Header Builder (Mobile Menu), if I go and disable the Category, I lose both menu and Category.

With all due respect, I hope this is not your answer to all the questions.
I see you connected on the website. Do you suspect something? Is there a plugin that you think is impacting or you saw in the past impacting something like this?

What should I do if the problem will not pass even after I will deactivate all the plugins?
I will only be able to disable everything requested during the night. So I need to know what I should test.

I hope this is the last time you are asking me to do this things which in 2 of 3 tickets raised here, is useless.

All plugins requested were deactivated, including slider revo and the issue still persists. Actually is the same for both tickets.

So please let’s try to solve this in a professional matter.

I understand.

I can confirm the issue was solved. But I have an issue with the website from the last plugin disabled and reenable so I need to restore the backup.

Can I ask you what was the issue and how did you solve it?
