Please add the following Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

.website-wrapper .wd-prefooter {
    padding-bottom: 0;
}

2. Footer columns

Please note that the Collapse widgets on mobile option works when the Footer is built via Widgets, not via HTML Block
