As I understand you want the mobile menu to be (image 1) on all devices. So,

1/ Please navigate to Woodmart > Head builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

2/ Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

1/ Insert Mobile menu instead of Main menu http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3

If you want Image 2 to be always on all devices, follow steps 1,2 then

Switch to the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 and insert secondary menu instead of mobile and choose the appropriate menu there http://prntscr.com/j9uxyw

Please note, if you put secondary menu instead of mobile it may be crashed on mobile even if you have not many items.
