    Hello,

“To update your WoodMart theme, go to Appearance > Themes, find WoodMart, and click ‘Update Now’. Before updating, it’s wise to back up your site.

    Please follow this guide:

    Best Regards.

    Dear ladies and gentlemen,

We have a webshop with Woodmart version 3.0 installed, we buy the license today but there is no automatic update available. We try to update it manually but then we get the message: The link you followed is expired, try again. We deactivate the license and activate again but nowhere we get or see an update option.

    Hello,

Actually, this issue mostly occurs because of the Max Upload Size Limit on Site from the Server-End. In this case, you can upload theme files manually using an FTP client like FileZilla or your hosting control panel. Read instruction in our documentation here https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/
Or contact your hosting provider for help.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Aizaz,

We transfer the woodmart directory by ftp to the server, but now all the custom CSS files are empty but the theme has now the latest version.
Do we use the same directory Woodmart who is on the server or must we make another name for it because now all is overwritten.
    We restore the theme backup.
How can we update the theme without losing the CSS files?

We check a lot of the settings in the theme, but most of the settings are not taken over of the old theme.
How can we update the theme inclusive all the settings of the 3.0 version?

    Hello,

We highly recommend you update the theme on a staging environment. You have a very old version and some configurations may be lost after the update. When updating the theme to new version settings from the old version might not transfer automatically.

I kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best Regards.
