Category Filter not working

Hello, please see the screenshots … when I try to filter by category, it goes to a category page with no products. Please let me know. Thanks.

To use the WoodMart filter element, you need to use a predefined (non-page builder) shop page or shop page created via the WoodMart Product Archive layout builder (https://prnt.sc/l7s-fgotVGsS).
The Woodmart filter element will not work with any other page builder or Elementor shop page.

When I search in that box, it works fine. It just doesn’t work when I use the filter.

Hello,
You need to disable the custom layout for the product archive pages then custom filters will work for you. You can do this in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts.

That location does not exist (see attached). There is a layouts section but I don’t see how to disable a custom layout. Can you please send screenshot or be more specific?
