You have missed the admin login URL.
If you want to add filters in the sidebar area. Please follow this guide and check the issue.

Hello,
You are using a custom layout for archive pages and not configured the sidebar in the layout. When Custom Layouts enabled Archive pages which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that.
If you disable the custom layout then you will see the filters. Now navigate to layouts > edit archive layout with elementor and configure the filters.
