    Pls check the attached, a registration pop-up blocks the left side of our website for new visitors, harming user experience. How can we remove this without requiring registration? We need to remove the registration pop-up.

    Yes, we want to remove the part you see, Pop-up window in the upper left corner of the website.

    When a new visitor opens our website and views different pages, we don’t want any pop-ups to prevent the visitor from browsing.

    Navigate to WP Rocket -> Settings -> Files optimization -> disable this https://prnt.sc/7lTb5mmu_4Re option, then clear all caches and recheck the issue.

    BTW, do you know any message box tools that can bring message from client directly to our email box? We now use 3CX Live Chat plugin, this plugin can not send message to our mailbox.

    For that purpose, the theme supports these plugins: “Contact Form 7”, and “MailChimp for WordPress”.

    I mean this pop up message box, client can send message to us online, we hope can get their message in our mailbox.

    I suggest you ask chat plugin developers about such a feature because this is not related to the theme so I cannot find a specific solution for that.
